2. Scope of Services

Declaration Support Agency offers three categories of offerings:

• Professional Services
• Digital Information Products
• Physical Goods

3. Professional Services

Our services include customized declarations, consultations, and ongoing support. Engagement begins upon mutual agreement. You may request a refund within 7 days of service commencement if no deliverables have been provided. After deliverables are delivered or work has begun substantially, no refunds are possible. In lieu of a refund, you may transfer the service appointment to another date within a six-month period, subject to availability.

4. Digital Information Products

We provide downloadable guides, templates, and training kits. All digital products are accessible immediately after purchase. Refunds for digital products are available only if a defect is reported and verified within 14 days of access and if you have not downloaded more than 20% of the content. To request a review for a possible refund, contact us as described below.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address you provide. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. You may ship the item back to our address for inspection and, if approved, a refund will be issued or an exchange provided. You must ship within the 10-day window, at which point you become responsible for shipping arrangements. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Our refund procedures depend on the type of purchase:

• Services: Eligible within 7 days of start if no work delivered. Transfers are available up to six months.
• Digital Products: Eligible within 14 days if fewer than 20% of files downloaded and defect verified.
• Physical Goods: Eligible for inspection if reported within 10 days of delivery and shipped back for review.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. For service transfers, a new schedule will be agreed upon in writing.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering with 30 days’ notice. Existing engagements will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
